If you would like to have your association fees directly withdrawn from your checking or savings account, please download the form below, fill out, and mail to us at the address on the form.
Note that the form and attached documents must be received by HRW no later than the 5th of the month if the draft is to be made in the current month.
Funds are transferred between the 8th and 10th day of each month.
Your account must have a zero balance before the automatic draft will be activated. Please remit payment by check if there is a balance due on the account.
Be sure to note which month you want the draft to begin, include your Association’s name on the form and attach a payment coupon if you have one.
